We operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS). We implement MES in our production process to monitor real-time production statuses and trace any defects back to their root causes. To guarantee the quality, each computer undergoes a Min. 24-hour Burn-in test.
We have a full & stable Supplier Chain for all components of rugged embedded computers. Some suppliers are working with us for 10+ years. We can get very competitive prices of raw materials. We have special channels for those components which are in shortage in the market.
We provide at least one year of warranty for all our products, ensuring reliable after-sales service. Additionally, our ODM/OEM offerings allow us to customize products to meet your unique needs, delivering tailored, high-performance products.
