We operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS). We implement MES in our production process to monitor real-time production statuses and trace any defects back to their root causes. We customized testing fixtures for computers & automatically testing software. Hardware configurations & I/O ports are all tested automatically & recorded.
Every computers undergoes a Min 24-hour burn-in test under full loaded operation. After a complete cool-down cycle, each unit then receives a full functionality test to verify performance and stability. This rigorous process guarantees that our products deliver unmatched durability and are ready to perform in the most demanding environments upon arrival.
We have a full & stable Supplier Chain for all components of rugged embedded computers. Some suppliers are working with us for 10+ years. We can get very competitive prices of raw materials. We have special channels for those components which are in shortage in the market.
We use big brands like Kingston/FORSEE/Kimtigo SSD. We have deep cooperation with them. We require them to lock the model of flashes & BOM and Controller for every batch. This can make sure the SSD keeps compatible with our computers and working stable, for any batch of computers.
We build our computers with premium industrial-grade components. This includes Solid-State Capacitors, Molded Inductor, UART IC, Oscillator etc., which are rigorously selected for their exceptional tolerance to temperature fluctuations, vibration, and extended operational lifespans.
